We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Fee

  • Orders $50.01 and above — Free Standard Shipping (US)
  • Orders $0.01 to $50.00 — $4.99 Standard Shipping Fee (US)

All prices in USD. No hidden fees.

Shipping Time

Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Total estimated delivery: ~6–9 business days (processing + transit).

Order cutoff time (Timezone: GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time — Los Angeles): Orders placed before 00:00 PST will be processed on the same business day; orders placed after 00:00 PST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs & Duties

We do not charge customs or import fees. Recipients are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by their local customs authority. Customs processing may sometimes delay delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s). Tracking info typically becomes active within 24–48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

  1. When will my order ship?
    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit time is 5–7 business days.
  2. Delivery address
    Ensure your shipping address is correct. Some large or restricted items may require a physical address or signature.
  3. PO Box / APO / FPO
    P.O. boxes are supported for many standard shipments, but certain items may require a physical address.
  4. How to track
    Track via the courier link sent in your shipment email or use general trackers: 17Track | USPS.
  5. Wrong or faulty item
    Contact customer service immediately with photos and order number so we can resolve the issue.
  6. Missing items
    Items may ship separately. Check your email for multiple shipment confirmations; contact us if something is missing.
